The Tabs block is the content-level counterpart to Tabbed Content. While Tabbed Content is a structural block whose tabs hold structural children (sections, columns, heroes), Tabs is a content block whose tabs hold content children (text, CTAs, cards, accordions).
Because Tabs is a content block, it can be placed inside columns, sections, wells, and other content slots. Structural concerns like background colors are handled by a parent Section.
tab_alignment: align tabs left (default), center, or right.
active_color: hex color for the active tab underline.
default_tab: zero-based index of which tab to show initially.
analytics_label: label for analytics events within this block.
id: HTML id for anchor link targeting.
This is the simplest use of the Tabs block: text content organized into switchable panels. Each tab holds content blocks like text, CTAs, and cards.
The primary use case: tabs nested inside a column layout. Each column has its own tabbed content.
